How do I know Necia is a secure site?

All credit card processing is handled by our secure payment provider, Protx. Before entering your credit card details, you can check the security and authenticity of the site by clicking on the padlock icon in your browser.

How much will my postage cost?

All orders are sent Royal Mail First Class and our Seduction Boxes are sent via Parcel Force 24 hour delivery service and will have to be signed for. Should you not be available to receive your order, Parcel Force will leave a card advising you of re-delivery options or where you can collect you’re discreetly packaged order. Our charge for post and packaging is £2.95.

When will my order arrive?

We stock a high percentage of most merchandise and subject to availability we aim to process and dispatch orders within 2 working days of receipt. Standard delivery should be next working day after dispatch. In the event that a product is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible. We would expect to get your goods to you within 3 working days or in the case of goods which are delivered directly from the manufacturer and made to order lingerie in the timescales detailed in the product description.

Can I cancel my order

Of course! Please contact us and we will give you a full refund less any postal charges incurred.

Can I return unwanted items?

Of course, provided they are unopened, unused, unworn and unwashed and in their original condition and packaging and with all their labels intact. Please ensure that thongs, knickers and shorts etc are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done. Please note that hoisery can not be accepted if the packaging has been opened. Returns must be made within 7 days. Please ensure that you are happy with products before opening sealed packages. Refunds cannot be given on goods if a sealed unit has been opened. A full refund less any postal charges incurred will be processed.

Please send all returns to LA&JM Ltd, PO Box 26327, Crieff, PH6 2WW. In all cases your proof of postage should show the LA&JM Ltd address to which you have returned the goods, together with the Post Office's stamped confirmation of the date of posting. Your return should include your order number, name and address and a clear indication if you require a refund or replacement.

What name will show up on the card statement?

All orders show a charge to “LA&JM Ltd”.

Will my order be discreet?

Yes! All packages are sent discreetly with absolutely no indication as to their contents.

Why don’t you give away free batteries?

Electrical sex toys require heavy duty batteries such as the Phillips batteries we sell on our site, Other sites routinely give away cheap alkaline batteries – but they will tend to run out quickly. You wouldn’t want your favourite toy to run out of power just at the wrong moment, would you?

Will you send me sales info in the post?

No. You will only receive emails about special offers if you have specifically opted for them.

What do I do if I want to pay by cheque?

We accept cheques made payable to LA & JM Limited. Cheques should be sent with a detailed written order. Remember to add £2.95 for postage and packaging. Goods will be dispatched after funds have cleared to our account.

Do you dispatch to countries other than the UK?

No at present we only dispatch to the UK but we will be expanding to cover other EU countries shortly.
